Luke, the author of Paul’s historical account, was concerned with Paul’s efforts to get the gospel to Rome more than telling a biography of Paul. There are accounts however within early church history that tell of Paul’s release from Roman prison, continuing to disciple and care for growing churches before he was rearrested and put to death under emperor Nero. Let’s finish the story knowing that Paul’s “end” was just another beginning!

The Holy Spirit has worked within prayerful translators to create Bibles in nearly every language. And yet, we don’t have any of the original “autographs” and so many people were burned at the stake as heretics for attempting to translate the Bible into languages the common person could understand! What is this? The Bible: Revelation, Inspiration and Illumination
God always goes first- especially with the Bible. Revelation is God’s letting mankind know who He is and what He values through general circumstances and the spoken, written and living Word. "10 and 2" Road Tripping God's Way
Love God, Love THE Other. Our love of the other proves God's love for the WORLD. "For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us. He did this by ending the system of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in himself one new people from the two groups. "Red Letter Love" with an entry on Matthew 5:5. Main Ideas:
1. The response of the disciples is an act of obedience, not a confession of faith in Jesus.
2. He is the Mediator, not only between God and man, but between man and man, between man and reality.
3. Judgement is the forbidden objectivization of the other person which destroys single-minded love. I am not forbidden to have my own thoughts about the other person, to realize his shortcomings, but only to the extent that it offers to me an occasion for forgiveness and unconditional love, as Jesus proves to me.

"Red Letter Love" with a guest speaker, Eric! Join us as we learn what the beatitudes mean for our relationships with Jesus. Main Ideas: 1. “Blessedness” is based on relationship with Jesus and not on circumstances.
2. Living out the Beatitudes is a life-long process where we get gradually better vs. “master” them.
3. You will NEVER be more worthy of love than you currently are! You are ALREADY blessed and loved!
